Return window
Most unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email curtis@zander88llc.net with your order number. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and how to send it back.
What we accept
Returned items should be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with tags or seals still in place where applicable.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us promptly with photos. Those cases are reviewed even if the item has been opened.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return
- Wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging when possible
- Keep any return tracking until the refund is complete
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Processing usually takes a few business days after the item arrives, and your bank or PayPal account may take additional time to show the credit.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a damaged or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or replacement, tell us in your return request. When the same item is in stock, we can often send a replacement instead of a refund. If it is not available, we will refund the original item.
Items we cannot take back
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned once opened, including personal care, fragrance, and similar items, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Final-sale, clearance, or personalized items are not returnable unless they arrived faulty. Gift cards are not refundable.
Return shipping
Unless the return is caused by our error or a damaged shipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service. We cannot issue a refund for a return that does not arrive.
