Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Zander88LLC for use of www.zander88llc.net and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or completing checkout, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the store.
Using the store
You may shop the catalog for lawful personal use. You agree not to:
- Misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with checkout
- Copy, scrape, or resell our content or product listings without permission
- Place orders with false information or stolen payment methods
We may refuse service, cancel an order, or restrict access if we believe these terms have been broken.
Products, pricing, and availability
Product photos, descriptions, and prices are shown as accurately as we reasonably can. Colors and packaging may vary. Inventory can change, and an item may become unavailable after it is added to your cart.
We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel an affected order. If that happens, we will contact you and refund any amount already charged.
A displayed price or “Add to Cart” action is an invitation to order, not a binding sale until we accept the order and payment is confirmed.
Payment
We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders are charged in U.S. dollars unless another currency is shown at checkout.
Promotional codes such as welcome offers may be changed or ended at any time and cannot be applied after an order is placed unless we say otherwise.
Shipping and delivery
We currently focus on U.S. delivery. Complimentary U.S. delivery may apply on qualifying orders of $75 or more, as shown on the site at the time you order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided. Please make sure shipping details are complete and correct before you pay.
Returns and refunds
Return requests are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us promptly at curtis@zander88llc.net.
Intellectual property
The Zander88LLC name, logo, store design, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them except as needed to shop the store.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The store and products are provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zander88LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers, payment providers, or events outside our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Zander88LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies to new visits and new orders after it is posted, with the date shown at the top of this page.
